Join Becci and learn to dye variegated yarn in the signature RiverKnits style. Becci will provide you with 2 skeins of beautiful Bluefaced Leicester wool and guide you through colour theory, planning and layering dyes during a full day workshop.

This workshop is suitable for beginners, no previous experience is required.
Yarn is included and we’ll provide hot and cold drinks and biscuits throughout the day. You need to prepare a few things, please see below.

We will be working with hot water, acid dyes and dye chemicals. We will provide protective equipment and will be sending out more information before the session that you are required to read and follow. By the end of the day, you will have your own unique colourway to show off and enjoy!

To keep attendees and staff safe, we are taking steps to reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission. The RiverKnits studio is over 200 sqm and well ventilated. We have hand sanitiser available in multiple locations as well as hand washing facilities. The following requirements apply to both attendees and staff on the day:

Full payment is required at the time of booking. If you wish to cancel your booking and receive a full refund, you may do so up to 14 days before the date of the workshop. This gives us enough time to re-advertise and fill the empty space. If you need to cancel your booking at shorter notice, we will work with you to reschedule and book you onto a later workshop.
