Originally it was for horses to tow working boats, hence the name, but now it is home to wildlife, walkers, cyclists, and boaters alike. Although quite highly variegated, the colours are light and will allow textured patterns to shine through while lending visual interest to simple ones. The gentle colours blend beautifully in the finished project.
